When a vehicle experiences a crash or is struck by a shell or nearby explosion blast, it can undergo severe shaking, potentially causing injuries to the crew and occupants inside the vehicle.

By wearing proper equipment such as the Combat Vehicle Crewman (CVC) Helmet and securely fastening seat belts and harnesses, the crew and occupants inside the vehicle can effectively reduce or eliminate the risk of injuries resulting from the vehicle's violent shaking during crashes or when hit by shells or nearby explosion blasts. These safety measures provide head protection, secure restraint, and enhance occupant safety, minimizing the potential for harm and increasing the chances of survival in such hazardous situations.

  • Different seat belt configurations (3-point, 4-point, 5-point) in vehicles reduce the risk of injuries if fastened by the player.

  • Player have action to fasten and unfasten seat belt it configurable to take some time

  • It would be also nice if fasten and unfasten action is animated

  • Some seats comes with configured reinforced structure: Blast-resistant seats are typically reinforced with additional materials, such as steel or Kevlar, to help absorb the impact of a blast. reducing the injuries risk from explosions.

  • Helmets can be configured to minimize head injuries and provide impact protection.

  • For example helmets such as the Combat Vehicle Crewman (CVC) Helmet provide the highest level of risk reduction, offering significant protection against head injuries. Helmets like the fast helmet provide a moderate level of risk reduction, while helmets such as PASGT Helmets offer a lower level of risk reduction. On the other hand, not wearing any helmet or wearing patrol caps provides no risk reduction for head injuries.
